madeinusaLPremium Oilfield Technologies offers a complete line of fluid end modules and components that are manufactured to OEM specifications and interchangeability. We offer 7500 psi designs for all major pump designs. We also offer 5000 psi designs for all the major pump designs.

We start with US-forged 4130 high-tensile strength steel, and all modules are machined in the USA to precise engineering tolerances. Each forging is machined and heat treated to maintain the best physical properties inside the module and on the surface, thus minimizing washing and stress cracking.

The 2-piece 7500 psi fluid end module is based on the industry-standard design and is 100% compatible with parts from other manufacturers including Lewco, Oilwell, National, Ideco, Gardner Denver, and Continental Emsco.

F-1600 Compatible Fluid End Module

The Single Piece Valve-Over-Valve fluid end was designed by our engineers to weigh less and take up less space around the drilling rig. Additionally, this design uses components that are 100% interchangeable with other manufacturers’ components as well as our own 2-piece fluid end design.

Gardner Denver Compatible Fluid End Module

Our engineers have designed a 7500 psi Valve-Over-Valve fluid end for Gardner Denver pumps that addresses some of the weaknesses in the original OEM design.

Our proprietary high performance product innovations include:

  • Self-energizing valve cover seal is more reliable than the OEM design and prevents premature washing
  • Non-stick valve guide system prevents the valve stem from becoming fused with the upper valve guide, as occurs with the OEM design

Caliber® N4-7500 2-piece “L” shape fluid end modules for 14-P-220 OEM style National mud pumps are 100% compatible with the industry standard design. Fluid end modules are available with OEM style valve covers and liner retainers or with HP Quick Change valve cover conversions and liner retainers.

The 2-piece 7500 psi fluid end module for the 14P style pumps is based on industry-standard design and is 100% compatible with parts from other manufacturers.
